YVFE2系列變頻調速三相異步電動(dòng)機是以變頻器為供電電源的變頻調速三相異步電動(dòng)機。通過(guò)改變電源頻率實(shí)現平滑地調節電動(dòng)機的轉速，達到節能和控制自動(dòng)化的目的。

YVFE2系列電動(dòng)機效率高，調速范圍廣，精度高，運行穩定，操作和維修方便，其安裝尺寸符合國際電工委員會(huì )（IEC）標準，外殼防護等級為IP54、IP55，定額是以連續工作制（S1）為基準的連續定額。也可以運行在S3、S4、S5工作制下，其基本結構及安裝形式為B3、B5、B35。

YVFE2電機為外置冷風(fēng)機YVFE2系列電動(dòng)機的額定電壓為380V。額定頻率為50Hz，可以在3~100Hz范圍內連續調速，3~50Hz為恒轉矩運行，50~100Hz為恒功率運行。電機采用F級絕緣。

YVFE2系列電動(dòng)機適用于驅動(dòng)軋鋼、起重、運輸、機床、印染、造紙、化工、紡織、制藥等要求連續和頻繁正反轉的各種機械設備上?？膳c國內外各種變頻電源配套使用。

YVFE2電機的接線(xiàn)，功率在55KW以下為Y接法，功率在55KW以上為△接法。

YVFE2 series three-phase asynchronous motor with frequency conversion and speed regulation is a three-phase asynchronous motor with frequency conversion as power supply. By changing the frequency of power supply, the speed of motor can be adjusted smoothly to save energy and control automation.

YVFE2 series motors have high efficiency, wide speed range, high precision, stable operation and convenient maintenance. Its installation size conforms to IEC standards. The shell protection level is IP54 and IP55. The quota is a continuous quota based on continuous working system (S1). It can also run under the working system of S3, S4 and S5. Its basic structure and installation form are B3, B5 and B35.

The rated voltage of YVFE2 motor is 380V for YVFE2 series motor with external cooling fan. The rated frequency is 50Hz, which can be adjusted continuously in the range of 3-100Hz, running at constant torque at 3-50Hz and constant power at 50-100Hz. The motor adopts F class insulation.

YVFE2 series motors are suitable for driving rolling, lifting, transportation, machine tools, printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical industry, textile, pharmaceutical and other mechanical equipment requiring continuous and frequent positive and negative inversion. It can be used with all kinds of variable frequency power supply at home and abroad.

The connection of YVFE2 motor is Y connection with power below 55KW and delta connection with power above 55KW.
